Bert Gallery announces it’s forthcoming exhibit, 2012 Holiday Collections, which will be on view at the gallery from December 5th through December 22nd. This newest exhibit showcases a variety of subjects from seasonal pieces of winter wonderlands to fuzzy companions and the warmth of Italian sunshine. Exhibits are free and open to the public. Free parking is available on South Water Street.

Holiday Hours: For the month of December, extended Bert Gallery hours are Monday - Friday, 11am-5pm and Saturdays 12 - 4pm.

The 2012 Holiday Collection has a number of categories that exhibit a variety of subjects and artists. Below is just a taste of what will be displayed at the gallery for the holiday season.

• Rhode Island offers a snowy scene of Providence by Kamil Kubick and more.
• Fuzzy Companions displays the furry barnyard animals of B. V. McGrath, George Arthur Hays and others.
• Experience Rural Italy with H. Cyrus Farnum and a mystery painting.
• The Land is Rich showcases the light landscapes of Gordon Peers and George Arthur Hays.
• Blooms to Remember showcases the colorful layered bouquets of Florence Leif and Gordon Peers.
• View familiar Local Scenes by Edgar Corbridge and Spencer Crooks.
